To all the Gen Zs, Vancouver is often called the city of ‘no fun’ and ‘no nightlife,’ especially during the winter, when it’s dubbed ‘depression szn.’ But where can we go to escape the gloomy, rainy weather while still embracing the holiday atmosphere around the Lower Mainland? Here are my top 3 picks for places to check out.

This has become a go-to holiday tradition that people look forward to every year. It’s a festive experience that brings everyone together to celebrate the season in a unique way. The PNE Winter Fair features WinterLights by BC Hydro and offers an interactive journey to meet Santa Claus.
